Tips to feel great always.

1. Start your every morning with a "thank you" to your god  or your people ( folks, or friends etc. ) for whatever you are grateful .
2. Look in the mirror , smile :)
3. Everyone loves to eat , while showering think what you would like to eat for breakfast.
4. Prepare your favourite meal.
5. Thank yourself. you cooked yourself a fantastic meal!!!
6. Perform your daily chores always with a smile.
7. Meet nice people.
8. Help someone.
9. Accept their gratitude (if they are grateful!!!  ) , it boosts confidence.
10.Don't expect anything back.
